Returns 

We want to assure your are satisfied with your order. If you have any problems please notify us as soon as possible via telephone from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time Monday - Friday or via email at [email protected] We offer a 5 day return policy from the day when the customer receives the order. Returns will only be processed if we have been notified. Returned products must be in original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The return of bullion products are subject to fees up to 10% of the purchase price. 

Cancellations

Due to every changing market prices canceling orders may be subject to fees. If payment is not received or you cancel the order then you will be responsible for cancellations fees.
